Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime, non-transferable license to use Batchr.ink for:

• Personal use
• Commercial projects
• Client work

Each license is valid for a single user. For team usage, please purchase the appropriate number of licenses.

3. Ownership of Generated Images

You own all images generated using Batchr.ink. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial use, without attribution.

We do not store, process, or have access to any of your images, CSV data, or templates. All processing happens locally in your browser.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Batchr.ink for any reason, contact us at support@batchr.ink for a full refund.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the software
• Reverse engineer the application
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that violates copyright or trademark laws
• Share your license key with others
• Attempt to bypass the license validation system

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

6. Disclaimer

Batchr.ink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Batchr.ink be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

7. Updates and Maintenance

Your license includes all future updates and improvements at no additional cost. We strive to maintain and improve the service regularly, but do not guarantee specific features or update timelines.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
